Key functions of the Quality Manager position:
Manage team members from Quality, and Production Inspection. Provide leadership, planning and support for the design and development of quality initiatives to support the company’s growth.

Manage all ISO9001 certification activities including planning, budgeting, implement and training staff members. Manage the company’s Quality Manual and all the Quality System Procedures (QSP).

Improve the activities of the supply quality management including incoming inspection and metrology. Manage suppliers performance evaluation program and performed audits of supplier's quality systems and manufacturing processes.

Monitor and report manufacturing failure, Return Material Authorization (RMA), incoming inspection and Engineering Change Notice (ECN) database to collect the appropriate data for improvement dialogs and activities.

Assist in discussions for Design-for-Manufacturability (DFM) and Design-for-Testability (DFT) studies during New Product Introduction (NPI) and qualification testing to ensure reproducibility and repeatability prior to the transfer of design to manufacturing.
